TaskFusion Privacy Policy

Who we are

TaskFusion is designed by Fusion Telecoms (Fusion Telecommunications LTD, Office 5, Drewitt House, 865 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, BH11 8LL). If you have a question about this policy, email [email protected].

What we collect

Nothing. TaskFusion doesn't send your tasks, notes or any other information to us. We have no server that stores your data, and we can't see what you put in the app.

Where your data is stored

• On your devices. Your projects, tasks, notes, files and settings are stored in the app on each device.
• In your iCloud account. If you're signed in to iCloud, TaskFusion syncs your data between your devices through your private iCloud database. Apple stores it under your Apple Account, and it's covered by Apple's privacy policy. We can't access it.
• Widgets. A small summary of upcoming tasks is shared with TaskFusion's own widgets on the same device.

Permissions

TaskFusion asks for a permission only when you use the feature that needs it. You can change any of these in your device's Settings.

HighLevel sync (optional)

TaskFusion can sync with HighLevel (GoHighLevel), a customer relationship management service that agencies also sell under their own brand names, if you choose to connect your own account. It's off until you turn it on.

• When it's on, TaskFusion exchanges your HighLevel opportunities and tasks (titles, stages, values, due dates, and contact names, emails and phone numbers) directly between your device and HighLevel's servers (services.leadconnectorhq.com). That data doesn't pass through us.
• Your HighLevel access token is stored only in your device's keychain. It isn't synced to iCloud or sent to us.
• HighLevel handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Turning sync off removes the HighLevel boards from TaskFusion. Disconnecting deletes the token from the device. Nothing is deleted in HighLevel.

Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight

If you use TaskFusion with Siri or Shortcuts, or search for tasks in Spotlight, Apple's systems process those requests on your device or under Apple's privacy policy. We don't receive them.

Crash reports

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. They help us fix bugs and don't identify you.

Children

TaskFusion is suitable for all ages and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights and deleting your data

Because we don't hold your data, there's nothing for us to give you or delete. You stay in control:

• Delete a task, project or space in the app, and it's removed from all your devices through iCloud.
• To remove everything, delete the app from each device. To remove the iCloud copy too, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage, and delete TaskFusion's data.

If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection law. If you have a concern, contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change means we start collecting data, we'll say so in the app's release notes before it applies.
