How to factory reset the DECT Base

For the W60B/W70B physical reset method, please follow the steps below.

  1. Unplug the power supply.
  2. Long-press the Paging button (WiFi Button 🛜), do not release.
  3. Plug power supply, and observe the LED indicator lights until they all light up.
  4. Release the Paging button, restart the base.

For the W80B/W80DM/W90B/W90DM physical reset method, please follow the steps below.

Release the button after 10 seconds, and the base station will most likely start the reset process (which can take up to a few minutes).
