Details:
Our engineers will be upgrading the firmware on core switches that provide upstream connectivity to our core network. During this time, connectivity will be reduced to a single node, which means services may be classified as “at risk” for the duration of the maintenance window.
Impact:
🔄 You may experience one or more brief drops in service as traffic is moved across the links.
🔧 If you encounter any issues after the maintenance window, please power cycle your CPE/Router.
